Kelly and Anita have been in the real estate industry for a long time, but they’ve been a hugely successful team since joining forces in 2006. Before real estate, they both worked on the Chilliwack Arts Council and shared a strong passion for engaging with their community. Today, both still enjoy frequent volunteer work for local organisations.

Part of Kelly and Anita’s success is owed to their strength as a team. While individually they bring a lot of experience to the table–Kelly having been licensed in 1988 and Anita in 1998–they also believe in equality of partnership.

Their shared philosophy is that the power of a partnership is in having a friend and colleague that you can solve problems and talk things out with. ‘Having fun’ is part of their mission statement.

All of their selling experience has been in the Chilliwack market, an area not well-served by home stagers. So in 2010 Kelly and Anita took it upon themselves to become Accredited Real Estate Home Stagers. They provide the service free of charge to their own sellers, and even keep an inventory of furniture and decor pieces clients can use during the term of their listing.

Kelly and Anita are the only agents in Chilliwack who have these credentials! It’s a way they can offer sellers a big advantage in a competitive market.

Embracing Technology
