Your Mission
We’re looking for a Posting & Client Support Specialist to join our expanding team at SeeVirtual Marketing & Photography. This position has a STRONG focus on customer support, problem solving and attention to detail. You’ll be responsible for organizing, optimising and coordinating daily posting schedules, handling posting questions & troubleshooting issues swiftly, supporting client account connections (social media and web), fielding client inquiries and helping to get orders into the system where required. Experience with the Meta Business Suite is a strong asset. Basic knowledge of HTML coding/embedding is an asset, but not required.
The Requirements
Working hours are from 8:30am to 4:30pm PST Monday through Friday. You will be working REMOTELY from home, supporting and working with a remote workforce and highly connected virtual team. We meet and interact via video and chat throughout the day. It is crucial that you be comfortable with video chat and have a quiet home workspace to be considered for this position.
You will be required to work the same hours and holidays as the rest of the team (8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Pacific Standard Time) regardless of your own location.
Your Responsibilities
You’ll need to be resourceful and have the ability to figure things out on your own using Company resources, Google search and other resources when necessary. We don’t micromanage so it is essential that you are self-accountable and willing to figure things out on your own when the need arises. Day-to-day responsibilities Include:
- Daily Tour Posting Schedule coordination and Tour Troubleshooting.
- Client Onboarding & Site Connection Coordination (Social Media, Website etc.)
- Customer Support – Taking customer calls and responding to email & text inquiries to assist with client issues from basic technical issues to tour image & posting inquiries to order inquiries
- Delivery Support – coordinating with the production team to support the delivery process as needed and responding to client tour inquiries post-delivery
- Order Entry & additional client support as required
- Helping with organization and automation projects and supporting the rest of the team as needed
Key Skills Required
- Phenomenal organization & communication skills (both with team members internally and externally with clients)
- Knowledgeable & Comfortable with Social Media profiles & permission settings across sites (experience with Meta Business Suite a strong asset)
- Exceptional at sourcing information as platforms and programs change. Self motivated, resource-finding superstar
- Humble and self aware, willing to discuss and share ideas, and take constructive feedback wherever needed to improve
- Driven to learn and grow – always hungry to learn new approaches, systems and processes
- Basic knowledge of HTML coding/embedding an asset, but not required
