Virtual Staging Services

Impress sellers and prospects alike by allowing our Certified Home Stagers to transform the key photographs in your vacant listing. Virtual Staging helps prospects envision how their own belongings might work within the space, before they even need to contact you for a viewing! Our Virtual Staging service is an effective and efficient way to showcase your listing with realistic furniture from an array of different styles.

Pricing starts at $55.00 per still photograph.

How it works


  1. Get your listing photographed
    Place your order and get one of our photographers in to shoot the space, or email us your photographs if they have already been shot by another provider.
  2. Receive a Staging Selection email from our Tours team
    We’ll send you a follow-up email after you have received all of your tour photographs to find out which of the photographs you want to have staged, your preferred style for the furniture, and any specific instructions you may have. Alternatively you can leave the design decisions up to our experienced Certified Home Stagers!
  3. Our Team works their Magic!
    The furniture layout is created by a Certified Home Stager, processed by an editor and then sent back to the the Home Stager who signs off on it before delivery.
  4. Final steps
    We send the photos to you for review to get your feedback. If no revisions are needed we proceed with your complimentary Integrated Marketing services (if the tour was shot by us!).

What is the Turnaround Time?

The turnaround time for Virtual Staging is typically 2-3 business days, depending on the amount of staged images ordered.

How much does it cost?

Pricing starts at $55.00 per still photograph and $140.00 per 360° Panorama. If minor item removal is required or if extensive revisions are requested additional charges may be applied.

My space is Furnished – can it still be Virtually Staged?

If your space is fully furnished we will not be able to complete Virtual Staging.

Can I pick out the furniture?

Sure! We have a furniture library available to review after your tour has been photographed. The majority of our clients leave the style and placement decisions up to our experienced team of Certified Home Stagers but if you have a specific vision for the space you can choose everything from the curtains to the dining table!
