New! 360° Hotspots & Interactive Floor Plan Overlay
Interactive Floor Plans are one of the newest features within our virtual tours. Inspired by a long time customer who suggested we upgrade our E&O Insured Floor Plans to include a layer that prospective buyers could click to view the rooms. Sounds like a no-brainer right?
The new floor plan layer overlaps the virtual tour and has ‘hotspots’ and ‘radar’. These let the user click on links actually embedded within the floor plan. The links display the 360° panorama picture of each room in the flash viewer. At the same time, the “radar” fans let the user know which direction they are facing within the virtual tour.
These exciting changes make for a better and more complete virtual experience. Potential home buyers looking for their next real estate purchase are immersed in the space. They can better understand the room relationships before reaching out to request a showing. We’ve always been big proponents of using accurate laser measured floor plans to provide your prospective buyers with that integral bird’s eye view of the listing. This new feature takes your floor plan to the next level. The interactive floor plan layer allows them not just to see the room relationships, but to really imagine themselves (and their prized possessions!) in the space.
