High End Listings deserve High End Photos, but what does that really mean?
All of our Photo Packages include professionally shot and edited photographs at the high standard of quality you’re used to. However, we also offer optional High End Upgrades for your High End properties, properties with critical views, or both!
What Does a High End Photo Upgrade Include?
- High Dynamic Range (HDR) Photography & Post-Production – Nice bright spaces – just like in real life. Our eyes can adjust instantly to changes in brightness, unfortunately cameras cannot. We take multiple exposures for each still and “blend” them together to get the full range of lighting and colors.
- WindowView Enhancement – No windows that are “blown-out” or totally white, hiding that million-dollar view. Full views through the interior windows will show exactly what the buyer will see in the comfort of their new home. It also makes your listings seem bigger, brighter, and more inviting.
- BlueSky Enhancement – Get crystal blue skies and white fluffy clouds in all of your exterior photos, no matter the weather on the day of the shoot. We’ve found that this ONE thing provides a dramatic improvement to the first impression on your website and the MLS listing.
- Hi-Resolution Print Quality – Printed materials will really stand out and have that extra eye catching, pop off the page effect! We take extra time and care during image correction to ensure pixelation won’t occur when you print the full page bleed. 2600×4000 pixels (prints 8.5″x13″ full bleed at 300ppi)
When Should I Get a High End Upgrade?
It’s of course a little bit subjective to your expertise in your particular segment of the market as well as the expectations of your clients. We recommend High End Upgrades for any properties that have features or views that should be showcased at a higher level than your typical listing. This can include Condos all the way up to Estate sized listings depending on the property features and views.
What If I have a Stunning View on a More Average Listing Property?
Especially in the Condo living world, a fairly standard property may come with a stunning view. Because of this, we also offer lower-priced package add-ons for View Upgrades Only. This means that your interior photos will look as you’d typically expect, but all view shots will be shot on site at High Dynamic Range to allow our processing team to blend only the outside views through the windows as you would see on a High End Upgrade without the interior upgrades.
Note: It’s important to let our booking team and photographer know in advance if you have a view you really want to capture. This ensures that they take any view photos in HDR when on site!
