We’re extremely sensitive to concerns around the spread of the COVID-19 virus and safety of our on-site technicians and internal team members. We have put measures in place with all of our technicians and team members to ensure that we’re doing everything we can to stop the spread of the virus in our communities.
We are continuing to monitor Government and World Health Organization recommendations and mandates as well as advice from the Real Estate Board, and will revise procedures as necessary to ensure we can continue safely supporting you and your business through this difficult time.
We recognize that having photos, virtual tours, and video online so that people can view your listings virtually has become more important during this time than ever. We will be updating our processes and content to best match and safely support the unique needs of the market right now.

Our technicians may ask to use a sink upon entering & when leaving to wash their hands. They may also choose to wear gloves or masks on site in order to prevent spreading the virus between locations (should it happen to be present)
A few things you (or your sellers) can do to help:
- Make sure the home is clean & “staged” prior to the photographer arriving as well as hiding away any personal items you do not want in the photos*
- Wipe common surfaces down with sterile cleaner before and after the appointment
- Allow our technicians to use a sink for hand-washing upon entering and exiting if possible*
- Open all inside doors prior to the appointment time*
- Turn on light switches prior to appointment time*
- If you have a floor plan appointment, also open closet doors to provide easy access*
- To help abide by the “social distancing” guidelines, sellers or tenants could leave the house or unit prior to the appointment
- Sellers or Tenants may also open the windows for fresh air if possible prior to the appointment (the technicians will leave them open unless any need to be closed for photography purposes*)
*these actions will help to minimize the touch points our technicians need to make when on site

Pick Up & Delivery Options:
- Free – Next Day in-store or curbside Pick-up at Staples
- Free – Standard Delivery – 5-7 days – for orders under 50 copies
- $9 Reduced – Next Day Delivery (from $19) – for orders under 50 copies
- Free – Next Day Delivery* – for orders over 50 copies
* Next day delivery is usually only to the office addresses because UPS requires someone to accept the package. We can deliver to an alternate address, but if no one is there to accept, delivery may be delayed. Please make sure someone is home if delivering to a home address.
